Why am I having trouble logging in?
I've had an account for years, but now my email address and password aren't recognised. Why?
On the 5th of Feb 2016 we launched a brand new webstore in order to provide our customers with a better browsing/shopping experience. Our old webstore was closed and all personal customer data such as account details and purchase history could not be transfered to our new store. If you need information regarding your order history, please call 1-800-448-2197 and a customer service representative will help you.

Our new store offers better search functions and a more intuitive shopping experience, allowing you to find what you need more quickly. With video clips and sample pages for many of the products, you can more easily decide if the materials fit your needs/requirements. We will also be featuring different authors so you can learn about your fellow educators and how they developed and used their programs.
