WEBSITE ORDERS: Shipping and handling charges for ORDERS PLACED THROUGH OUR INTERNET STORE and shipped within USA or to US Territories will be charged a flat fee of $7.00 on all orders under $125.00. Orders $125.00 and over ship for free! All domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

RETURN POLICY: We want you to be 100% satisfied. If a product does not meet your needs, returns will be accepted if received by Mar*co postpaid, within 60 days of the invoice date, in resalable condition, and with the reason for the return. All shipping charges (to and from) on returned items and reshipment charges on exchanged items are the responsibility of the buyer. Please include the invoice number with all returns. Mar*co cannot be responsible for claims made after 4 months of the invoice date. Tracking and claims on lost/undelivered returns not received by Mar*co are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note: Digital books (eBooks/eLessons/eActivities) are not returnable.
