Being an "upstander" means being personally responsible and standing up for others in supportive ways. Topics include being a good leader, when to confront peers, becoming a rescuer to victims of bullying and gossiping/rumoring, being an encourager, and reaching out to empower others and show positive responsibility in different situations.
