Once upon a time, there was a house. In this house there stood a tall, stout refrigerator.

And in this refrigerator there lived a healthy bunch of raw vegetables.

These vegetables were a great bunch. And, boy, did they have fun in that refrigerator!

When the broccoli told a joke, the carrot and celery laughed so hard they lost their crispness for a while.

This lesson offers a clever reproducible short story that gives young children the opportunity to learn about handling anger appropriately.
